Llegamos al núcleo de la resolución. La solución debe ser inmediata (en el momento), concreta (no ofrecimientos vagos) y proporcional al problema:

Además, TripAdvisor penaliza restaurantes que no responden a reseñas negativas en su algoritmo de visibilidad.
Diferencia clave: TripAdvisor permite respuestas más largas y detalladas que Google. Es la plataforma donde se puede mostrar más «carácter» de marca siempre que sea profesional.

Cada reclamación es una oportunidad de mejora que otros clientes quizás no expresaron pero sí sintieron. Cuando el equipo entiende esto, la gestión de quejas deja de ser un problema y se convierte en herramienta competitiva.
